Got my MiSTer today. Have it hooked up to the PVM as well as the TV that I used for a monitor. For right now I have my PS2 sitting there as well, the rest of my consoles are stored on a shelf. Usually I keep just the lamps on, but I turned the hanging light on since it was hard to see anything. For retro there's the Wii, N64, Saturn, Dreamcast (which I haven't used yet), and a PS2.

A lot of my shit is gifts that I just stick in places because I dunno what the fuck go do with it all. I'd like to at least paint the walls and maybe stick up some shelves at some point.

Having controllers plugged in or not to me is the difference between a lot of setups looking cluttered and clean
The problem is I don't think it's great for the port to be unplugging and replugging a controller in all the time
so the best of both worlds solution I guess is to use wireless controllers, but idk if thats going to ultimately give you the best experience, plus you've got to keep all those mother fuckers charged...
