just replayed it on ps1. honestly I don't think any of the "remastered" features are worth it. if you want no encounters just level up diablo. the ign guide was pretty good if you get lost.

does anyone like the original 3d models better in any of these ff remastered games (7-9)? I know the upgraded models look better, but they look so fucking out of place compared to the ogs when most of the background scenery and objects haven't been upgraded...

Was there ever a mod that would change game balance and gameplay into something where using magic would be more useful than junctioning it?
Easily the biggest downside and I hopped at least remaster would fix it or at least had mods but cant find anything.

Its amazing how much a good game can lose with retarded gameplay choices.

FF8 by having system where junctioning 99 magic to a stat would allow you to create undefeatable squad and using magic would make the game actually harder.

Valkyria Chronicles where only move count matter so you are forced to just scout rush.

Ni No Kuni with its retarded battle system that made me drop the game at first fight with shadar.
