Really nice location in Phantasia, and it even had a cool cutscene between multiple characters. I loved how Flanoir in Symphonia was similar to it as well for obvious reasons.

The town is just one big tombstone for Raine that Laguna keeps sending money to and prevents from ever being changed. It's a bit of an unpleasant place to visit with that in mind. Laguna should have spent more time with his son, it wasn't unknown. It's not spoken, but Squall probably figured out he's his dad but aside from being focused on Rinoa he probably wouldn't want anything to do with that jackass at point.

Thanks, I'd love to visit one of those permanently snowy towns/cities one day, even if it's nothing like what anime/vidya show. I'd just love to walk around a place like that while it snow for a while. Hell, I wouldn't even care if I got snowed in for a while and it was blisteringly cold out, would just wanna see it once.

Another great snowy location was Snowman from Mother 1. Although, I think it had that one girl who disappeared if you didn't give her 1000 dollars for a hint, which was surprisingly spooky.
