There's a translation project in the works, but the old thread was swarmed with trolls. I think the translators and the people working on getting the translations in are working in a private skype chat or something.

Garage is very disturbing more then Chu Teng actually. I never seen this much freaky depressed darkened shit in my whole life.

Significantly lower production costs and japan's generally more open market meant that more abstract games could be published. In the case of LSD, Chu-teng and eastern mind, it was Osamu Sato's own company making these games (Outside Directors also made two other games that no one ever mentions?). Pretty sure Sato was critically acclaimed in other mediums as well, pushing his case for sony publishing with LSD.

if you're referring to basilisk, you shouldn't need that file to run the program (I didn't, at least). just click OK and it should run fine. if you're still having trouble, find cdenable.sys in your basilisk's "CD-ROM Drivers" folder and place it in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\drivers. it won't actually function, but it gets rid of the error.

if you're talking about dosbox, I have no idea, considering cdenable.sys isn't even a component for dosbox as far as I know.
