Anyone have concept art of old game environments? Or resources where to find raw paintings of games that used them like Legend of Mana?

99% of the circulated production art of old games is character concept art it seems.

it can't possibly be illegal to own it, can it? I guess advertising or selling it would be illegal, but in order to really be banned in itself it would have to be a lot more than just a book on a 90s game.
