I got an urge to play a 3D fighter. What are some fun ones to play? Do any have good online through emulation, and if so does anyone actually play them? I'm an absolute scrub when it comes to fighting games and have only rented pic related, and played a little of Soul Caliber 2 on GC.

Between the DOA games and Soul Calibur games, they are amongst some of my favortie ones. Give the Bloody Roar and Rival Schools games a try.

a few 3D fighters work well on fightcade and have active communities. you can also get nulldc bear for online dreamcast play.

people still play the older tekkens, soulcalibur, some virtua fighter and doa. my personal favorite is project justice.
