>BEFORE
Well if it existed before thses things, why does they get mentioned as if this isn't after them?
This wasn't foretelling those would all be created, this wasn't predicting no future, those things all happened in the past.

The ad obviously refers to the source material. This is a desperate publisher trying to capitalize on reflected quality since there's none in their actual product

Zelda was first conceived by Miyamoto in 1944 while he was fighting western pigs on the frontlines of the Pacific theatre. Between shell bombardments he would often escape into his own delusions, fantasizing about the worlds of characters that he would later make into video games after the war.

Unh I was so fucking hyped on this when I read about it in the magazines back then, yes I was a nerd who'd already read Lord of the Rings. Didn't have an SNES though and only much later in my life did I get around to playing it on an emulator and really, it was god-awful and I stopped after a few hours. Glad I didn't play this as a kid.

Back in the day everything LotR's was absolute trash (except the books of course). It wasn't until Jackson's movies came out that they got their shit together and even then many of the games were trash.
