She is the younger sister of Deis. Basically, they are celestial beings that came to try and change the world that BoF takes place on. Myria Station, aka, Oblisk was the zenith of this but things went bad. The dragon brood knew this and wanted to fight back. Myria figured that they were the problem and only she could fix EVERYTHING. Her older sister did not get involved because she wanted Myria to learn her own lesson, at the cost of most of the population of BoF's world over a period of around 10,000 years.
