I really love this cover. Played it on the...what's it? FM Towns and was really impressed by this little machine. I mean it is a PC in a screen and what Apple did many years later with their iMac the Japs already did in the 80s or something. i do not think we had anything like the FM Towns in the West and it is an amazing system and also amazing that a computer that was only released in Japan has English language games.

Also her ass is cute and those tits are pretty fine too. I have always loved Zak. I love the art work, I love the newspaper that comes with it (does the Japanese version also come with the newspaper? I mean I got the newspaper and it was translated in German and I just adored the art work so much).

>> No.8855482

>The operating system used is Windows 3.0/3.1/95 and a graphical OS called Towns OS, based on MS-DOS[3] and the Phar Lap DOS extender (RUN386.EXE). Most games for the system were written in protected mode Assembly and C using the Phar Lap DOS extender. These games usually utilize the Towns OS API (TBIOS) for handling several graphic modes, sprites, sounds, a mouse, gamepads, and CD-audio

It's perfectly logical but a little weird seeing the same policy invested in japanese releases of western games as in the opposite scenario: in each case, publishers could sometimes muster zero faith in objectively superior artwork and simply settled for the SORT of artwork their target demographics were accustomed to.
