I blame infograme for that stupid decision, bonnel was a massive cunt who just wanted money and didn't care about the game, the devs told him they needed more time to finish the game, but he just ignored that, so it got rushed. I personally don't think driver 2 sucks, the game is impressive and has some good driving physics, but I'm sad they never released it on the dreamcast.
