There are 3 roms(Kitiku is just the untranslated japanese version of Brutal Mario):
Brutal Mario Complete: It has all the levels until Bowser Castle
Brutal Mario (Bowser Castle): This one includes the last levels and the final battle against Bowser and the Seven Koopalings
Brutal Mario (Luigi): This one includes the secret Luigi Castle with the secret levels and the Luigi boss fight.
If you're playing on Snes9x I suggest enabling inaccurate emulation, go to Emulation -> Hacks -> and check mark that option.
