Power Drift.

But fuck emulation. You could get it pixel perfect on your computer, but it's not the same without this thing tipping you left & right. This game is pure, fast paced fun.

I always loved this back in the day, even though it cost $.50 to play.

I found it was a bit easier and more forgiving on timing than dragons lair.

Good luck making one of these! Better luck finding any of these Sega Vector machines

The only way to MAME vectors properly is on an XY monitor and using this gadget the Zektor Vector Generator or ZVG

They're $260 and sold out

That's not "afterburner 360" AFAIK, that game does not exist.

It's a G-Loc 360. And cabinet aside (which is awesome beyond words) it was a meh game.

Does anyone know anything about an arcade version of "sIn". It's a PC FPS and ran on a PC on the arcade cabinet. I couldn't find a single thing on this game outside of an ebay offer, but there are no screens or video of the game.

not trying to be a faggot by writing sIn, it's just how it's written on a cabinet and I guess you'd have higher chance to know what the hell I'm talking about if i capitalize it like that

This. Metal slug is really about my favorite and only game I'll play. It's kind of a tradition amongst friends, if we travel or known a arcade or mall with it we play it.

But quarters are expensive and so I have an emulator.

Does anyone remember a game where you would battle other players in a cyber/robo looking tank? It had:

>3D Polygonal 16/32-bit era graphics (virtua fighter esque, not sprite)
>Dual joystick controls, where you would pull one back and push one forward to rotate the tank in place
>A chair with ear level speakers

one of the less loved machines in my local arcade as a kid, was the last one against the wall. Just after this was the pool tables.
Emulating it/playing it on the Midway classics collection can never replicate that feeling of standing up against the machine, foot on the accelerator, and that one handed spin of the wheel on every corner.

a soccer game from SNK, superstriker don't even remember
sega rally
daytona usa
ridge racer
cruis'n'usa
rad mobile!!
virtua cop
some motocross you could do a wheelie

and fighting games
street fighter 2 and variants
xmen cota
marvel super heroes
virtua fighter

sometimes I played the kof that characters represented a country, I think it was the first of the series
hard drivin'

well, I was one of those who enjoyed playing cabinets that didn't only consist of just a stick and some buttons

there was this one I don't recall the name but you controlled a big robot and you played using two sticks. pushing them far away from each other made the robot jump, one forward and the other backwards made it rotate. was really fun

Most of you have already mentioned some of my favorites.
I would add this to the bunch. Personally, I find strange that, according to the Internet, this game is kinda rare, and yet I found it in four arcades in my town, three of which are pretty close to my house
