It's funny how Little Britain gets criticism on 4chan of all places. I mean yeah it's not the best comedy show and it was made by two gay guys, but it literally got canceled for being "racist" and being "offensive to women and minority groups".
If you can, you should try to find the 'black friends' sketch. /pol/ would have loved that one if they were actually paying attention. It was actually pretty ahead of it's time, making fun of virtue signalling etc before the term virtue signalling was even being used.

The black friends sketch is actually really funny. That's the kind of stuff where Little Britain shined, before it just devolved into catchphrase comedy.
Season 1 was alright. I'll defend it, up to a point. You have the Scottish hotel owner, who's the best character, and the one they never brought back because he was too hard to write continuous sketches for, and you have more straight one-offs.

Little Britain was just a shit unfunny watered down sketch show rip-off of The League of Gentlemen. And there was a shitload of edgy comedy from that period that was poking fun at political correctness in much subtler, subversive and funnier ways, stuff like Ricky Gervais’s bits on The 11 O’Clock Show, Da Ali G Show, Bo’ Selecta!, Jam, Nathan Barley, Smack the Pony, Big Train, The Adam and Joe Show … Little Britain is the kind of mindless trash Daily Mail reading room temp IQ mouth breathers laugh at.

>> No.8626560 [DELETED]

>>8626549
Not really though. League of Gentlemen is Mark Gatiss' weird gothic horror vision of a forgotten town on the Welsh border. Little Britain was just very generic sketch comedy, some of which was funny, but most of which got old as soon as it blew up as a sensation and got milked to hell and back.

Little Britain ended because it was clear Lucas & Walliams had given up after the first series, which is the only honestly good one. It's no surprise that its worst sketches are from Series 2 onwards. This is coming from someone who loved it as a teen in the early 2000s.

Keeping on topic, I've seen some clips of OP's game and it seems adequate enough for a collection of mini-games. Nothing impressive, mind you.

Of course it's funny now to imagine paying for something that is now a free youtube video search away, but that's how the world has been going anyway, with tech products in general getting more and more free to use.

There actually is more to it than that.
The PS1 version of Goin' Quackers/Quack Attack mixes 2D and 3D in the same level which the N64/PC/DC versions don't do. This means it doesn't share the level designs with any of the other versions. Some of the boss fights are unique as well.
There are some differences between the rest of the last gen versions but they're not really worth mentioning.
The PS2/GC versions are entirely different from the last gen versions but don't differ too much from each other. They also suck.

Assuming you had 3.5 billion women on the planet, and let's say only 1 billion of them are of age and fertile. That would mean you could impregnate 1460 a year assuming the Duke could fuck 4 bitches a day and assuming insemination was assured.
Of that 1460 per year, roughly half would be male. These males upon turning 9-13ish would be able to impregnate any woman that Duke hasn't impregnated or sired, avoiding any inbreeding issues.
There should be plenty of women that was initially too young for Duke that would be of age for his male line.
Eventually you'll run out of women that don't have Duke DNA, at that point you'll need to be selective on who was birthed by who and select for furthest genetically.

Sorry in advance if this isn't the place to ask, but speaking of games existing, does anyone know of a PS1 or possibly Sega Dreamcast game called Bird Brain? With very basic 8 bit kind of graphics, where you play as a mother bird who has to feed her babies and everything in the game is trying to kill you? I cannot find a trace of its existence online and have been searching for it for years.

50s shit came back because it was 40 years old, and the nostalgia cycle works on 20 year periods. Consider also that Elvis and other classic rock'n'roll was popular again, or that 70s TV shows/movies/etc. were getting revivals or movies.

And as this anon alludes to >>8636690, the cable boom made it possible to show that stuff again in a deluge of content. When you had only so many channels and when those channels had dead air at night, you didn't have much room to show things, and much of it would have been dedicated to new material anyway. Suddenly you had cable and the new networks were starved for content, so CN was shoving in any HB/Warner stuff they could get their grubby little hands on. Hell, Boomerang was showing the fucking Chan Clan in the early 2000s.

Also, VHS was common enough in the 80s and 90s to warrant releasing classic cartoons in wider prints than had been given previously. There were some 16mm home releases of Merrie Melodies and such, but not many due to it being a small market. Even "niche" releases were possible on VHS (and of course that door was opened wider and wider with LD, then by DVD, and now by the internet where there is basically no barrier to release shit).

no, it's a really all-around shitty beatemup, however it does have most of the voice actors, it's somewhat fun as a so-bad-it's-good game for sopranos fans

This one was surprisingly good for what it was, there weren't enough good adventure/puzzle games on the ps2

Why would people spend money making this? How do you even pitch this and get it greenlit?
Why would midway bother getting this license and make a game about this...
I get if its a risky but well known property that they picked up to make a game out of...but this is just fat people, no one wants this.
I guess they were thinking a 15 years ahead for the target audience.
