I feel like this is one of the biggest leaps in quality a sequel has ever done. I won't like, it's almost genuinely hard to go back to 1 after being able to run and shoot.

I prefer it where it is, personally. I'm glad the Megaman Zero collection let's you map it there too, makes things much more comfortable for me.
