For me, it's the game known as Conker's Bad Fur Day, the beautiful score, the witty and intelligent humour, the voice acting, level design and art style are all perfect. It is truly a genre defining art piece. You might think that at a first glance this is just another kid friendly platformer created by Rareware but you would be mistaken! The game is filled to the brim with moments very much intended for a mature audience, not to mention the game is rife with the refinement and charm of british humour and culture. This is truly one of, if not, the best game to come out for the Nintendo 64 in its entire lifespan. I become melancholy over the thought that this game sold under expectation due to the perceived kid friendly nature it would appear at first glance to be. Combined with the fact it released at the end of the lifespan of the nintendo 64 and many gamers were already moving onto the likes of the PlayStation 2, Xbox and Dreamcast. I also shed a tear to know that Microsoft owns this property now, not because Microsoft are some kind of boogieman, its just they under utilised Rarewares genius when they acquired them. Doomed to forever make shovelware for a failing gimmick (Kinect Sports). Alas. We will never see the likes of this kind of game ever again.

Bombermam 64: The Second Attack

Great game, unfortunately overshadowed by the more popular Bomberman 64, and sadly collector-bait due to its rarity. But it is a real gem of a game. One of the few bomberman games with a real fleshed out story, and it plays more like an action-adventure game than anything else in the series. It is almost Zelda-like. Very great aesthetics as well, some of the best in the series.

Or Super Mario 64. One of those two.

If I were to move to a videogame world I'd chose the Paper Mario 1 one in a heartbeat. It's surprisingly realized and detailed, one of the most impressive things about the game. Most denizens have names and quirks, people send each other letters, it's all interconnected and not a series of hallways unlike TTYD, shit is legitimately bonkers imo.

>you will never get to meet up with a 19 year old Saria and hold her hand as you have sex with her, taking her virginity from her as a deep blush forms upon her face, each thrust makes her fall more and more in love with you, then she starts to become lewder and asks if she can ride you, you lie on your back as she starts to bounce on your cock, she unfurls her hair and picks up speed, your dick can't take it anymore its about to cum deep inside of her, impregnating her, the final act to tie her to you and only you where she has a deep loyalty to you, becoming the perfect housewife, cooking you lovely hot meals after your long day at work

After this the quality drops off hard. Yoshi’s Story is incredibly shitty.

Probably Star Fox 64, I loved it as a kid, but then coming back many years later, I didn't even realize how much depth and challenge there was when I played it originally. Just a shame it's really laggy and plays like a garbage. That's one game that could do with a remaster.

I've never actually played Super Mario 64 but don't like collectathon games really so I don't think I would care for it much.
