Not OP but story-wise Boss takes precedence but I think gameplay-wise Mantis is cooler for the way the game sifts through the memory card and forces you to replug the controllers to fight him, making the fight feel more extra-dimensional even if it's a silly gimmick when you write it out like this.

First time me and a friend got to him we wasted all of our lives and continues. Replayed the game a 2nd time immediately after then finally beat him. Such a great memory then we went outside and played. Good times.
