Swing (Marble Master in NTSC-land) is a fucking excellent puzzle game, and it's even of the rare breed of falling block games with no action game components.

This game its called tenchi wo kurau 2. Its a beat em up for the ps1 and saturn. Set in like a medieval period or something.

Its a very good game. Its a hidden gem to me cause i literally never knew about it until recently. Its games like this, that make me wish the ps1 had more 2d. But i guess sony of america was like
>lol dude nobody wants 2d , thats old
While 2d on those consoles coulda been amazing. Tfw

Any ways its good play it

That's a good one. It was really fun to just bash enemies to bits.

Yeah, this game is tight. It's one of the games that Capcom chose to rerelease in their "Gamebooks" series for PS1, which were like hybrid strategy guides and long boxes that have the CD stowed away in the back cover. Pretty neat packaging.
Forgive me for linking an ebay listing, but there are more pics here:

Doesn't get nearly enough love. It tends to get clobbered in the zeitgeist by Final Fantasy Tactics but it's one of the best games on the system.

Tail of the Sun. Up until some time ago every single site discussing this shat hard on it, but I'll never not love it as the best unga bunga game ever made.

Vigilante 8. You can listen to the soundtrack on a CD player and it's awesome.

Its not obscure or anything but I unironically like Battle Arena Toshinden and will still play it to this day. Same for Jumping Flash. A lot of those early PS1 games got left behind in the system's transition toward "bigger" games but there are some real gems back when it was still competing with the SNES/Genesis.
