Gearbox got bought by the company Tim Willits is at now, so the devil is now owned by another devil. Tim Willits is a real snake, but he also doesn't have any kind of actual connection or history with Duke like Randy does, so he almost certainly doesn't have that animosity about Duke because of the abortion that was DNF.

I'd say that Duke's future is slightly less uncertain because of this.
