Just recently actually. Only the game is decent. Very, very jank as it was made by two people. Despite everything it is a fun game with some funny texture mods on its official website that's still up somehow.

I also remember and I don't know if my memory is faulty that CNET had a sequel of this game that was much better and more fun that I think was only shareware and never a full version. But I cant find evidence of this but I remember it.

CNet purged all the games they had on their website in the late 90s and early 2000s cause I cant find the other independent games i remember from that era

Similar. I have fond memories of playing Bart Simpson Vs Space Mutants for the Amiga.
I got my old t61, installed Windows XP and slapped in a load of old games my brother and I played in our youth and gave it to him for his birthday. I had to play test all of them to make sure they were all working, including testing pic related. Kinda sucked. Nostalgia hell of a drug.
