PAL(and to an extend SÉCAM) is the superior standard for everything video and broadcast. Higher vertical resolution, way better Chrominance, no bleeding reds and noisy blues and blacks. Developers have only themselves to blame fucking their conversions up.

Only of it was recorded natively at 25fps for PAL. 24fps content was speeded up to 25fps which raised the audio pitch and they never bothered to down pitch it to compensate. 30fps content had to be reduced down to 25fps causing judder.
