here's an old list of Saturn stuff to get you started. Bulk Slash is not in there but it's a must play. It was only released in Japan but you can get by with minimal to no knowledge in the language. I just use my phone to translate the menus and controls.

The Saturn has the best version of Policenauts. It's been translated to English and I've been playing it using the Saturn's lightgun.
