My modded Dreamcast started randomly restarting. I looked it up and apparently this happens to all Dreamcast over time and it could be a number of things, so I just have to try each fix and then play and hope it doesn’t restart randomly until next needs fixed again. I replaced all the AC PSUs in my main setups when I decided to go with a 12VDC off the mains and convert that, if necessary, for each console. My main setup has over two dozen consoles and all those wall warts were taking up a lot of space. And for AC consoles it solves the 110/220v problem. Not at all, the pair I have are by Performance. It's a very aggressive rumble pack but I still like it, for Rez it's amazing because the whole controller pulses to the beat of the soundtrack and rises in intensity the more you play, I love it.

The battery is dead on mine and I've been too lazy to replace it. All that happens is the DC asks you to set time/date, then goes to the main menu screen for the console, then I turn it off/on and it boots to the SD card.
