There's really only a handful of western Protos I want, and the fucking unfortunate thing is that there's just so Goddamn many of them out there and readily available, daily fucking builds in some cases, and they clog up all of these collection downloads. I unpack this shit, and it's just scads and scads of Protos.

There should be separate folders by default for that shit.

damn those graphics are so dark, even with brightness set to maximum in the game options. music sounds awesome but the game just died on me. some character got stuck in a doorway. he keeps walking but he's not going far.

now i'm stuck under a robot with no way out. gotta love prototypes.

That's Otis. He's supposed to lead you through the tunnels with a flashlight. You might recognize this same device showing up in Doom 3 a few years later. Both games are from Texas, so there's probably a reason for that.

This is an American game, so it is May 5th. It appears the game was legitimately unfinished, with a preview cart marked 80% that actually contains what is effectively the final game.
Never played it much myself. I enjoyed the earlier Turok games, but I bought this one BITD and got bored with it before finishing the first level.

This build is... uh... concerning unfinished for a game that went gold 2-3 months later. Literally none of the cutscenes are present. None of the voice acting. None of the bosses seem to work properly. Did you know they worked 24 hour shifts for weeks on this thing to get it out the door?
