The PSP version of Mortal Kombat Deception adds Kitana, Jax, Frost and Blaze. However they are literally just direct rips of their Deadly Alliance selves, and they really stick out like a sore thumb because of it.

The MSX port of Contra has an addition 10 exclusive levels after you beat what's the final boss in every other version.

Not even that. They're literally just gag levels that you wipe out in ten seconds each because of Mario's new abilities combined with their shrunken size. The one level near the end of the game that recreates 25M at its full size is more of a port of the original game than the actual first level.

DK94 is a total remake, not a port.

SNK's Real Bout Fatal Fury Special got a special port to the PSX in Japan, it added a new boss and apparently added a story. (original was a dream match without story)
