I had to look them up because I'm not well versed in this and laughed out loud. Yes, it turns out I've ridden on some of theirs in different places like Corkscrew at Cedar Point, and on a few trips to Canada's Wonderland (only thing local) rode Dragon Fire/Fyre basically on repeat because there is rarely a line to that rough as fuck ride. You could ride Dragon Fyre like 12 times before someone got one ride on Top Gun/Flight Deck.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=urWQCUGOF7Y

I get the point though. So it's basically the shockingly old steel coasters you'll see in parks where you can feel the train hit every segment of the track.

These threads have historically been equal parts real coaster enthusiasm and creative autism.

Arrow Dynamics basically invented the tubular steel track process and launched roller coasters past traveling fair attractions and bigass woodies. It's a manual process though and their rides lack proper transfer curves - you essentially shift from straight track directly into a steady turn, much like the piecewise construction in RCT, and this is felt as a jerk. The attached image shows the physics of it - much as acceleration is the time rate of change of velocity, the time rate of change of acceleration is called "jerk." Bolliger & Mabillard created the process of the modern coaster, allowing transfer curves to be made with great precision and an incredibly smooth ride.

Can't even modify it to switch to a continuous mode and trick it into working, because it thinks I haven't placed an entrance at the other station that doesn't exist, which I can't place anywhere because the phantom station doesn't exist. It's not fair for me to say because I live in Ohio but my family was looking at the prices to stay AT Cedar Point, as in inside the park itself and the prices are really not bad compared to booking a hotel outside the park, driving in, paying for parking, etc.
The hotel or campsite packages usually include some nice shit like free drinks fastpass and reduced food prices (I think).
Cedar Point is really really good so consider giving it a 2 night stay or more sometime. I rode Magnum like 10 times in the morning in a row because it's one of the older rides, but it's still one of the fastest and biggest.
