Also OP if you're like me and too lazy for frame advance you can play the game at 25% and use the rewind feature.
You won't be anywhere near optmized but it's a good place to start.

if you're actually fuckin serious you can message the people who did those runs. they will probably be pretty cool about helping you. it's more like "the entire community vs the game" rather than "speedrunner vs speedrunner", especially with less popular games. most runners are just happy to see someone else attempt anything at all in a game that they love.
