I've looked into this before, but have never found the exact painting they sourced the figures from. My best guess is that it depicts Venus and Adonis, but it could possibly also be Venus and Mars or Sylvia and Corydon. It could even just be random shepherd lovers from a pastoral scene.

In the game's world I would imagine it depicts Count Dracula seducing a Transylvanian country maiden.

I doubt it's intended to depict anybody, to be honest. Aspects of it could have been lifted from a specific print or painting (like the gestures), but I'd say it's just a lovers pastoral pastiche. It's an extremely common scene (Boucher made a career out of them) and Dracula's castle is shoved into the background. I don't think they were putting that much thought into it.
