Yakuza, Bayonetta, and Shenmue are the only games in that entire picture that are still somewhat relevant aside from Sonic. Shenmue dug its grave with the release of 3, Yakuza could very well be on the way there now that it's for some reason going to permanently be a JRPG series, and we haven't heard news on Bayo3 in literal years. Sonic is really the only constant when it comes to the company, everything else on that list is absolutely dead aside from maybe Valkyria Chronicles which is pretty niche in comparison

As someone who owned a PSX back in the day, I never played a Crash game until years latter on emulator. I didn't even know people who owned Crash. But I can't think of a single person who owned a Master System without Sonic. In fact I don't recall PSX ever coming with a pack-in game.
