I can't read all the text next to Fal - small, scribbled characters again - but I can give you the gist of it - after Rudy's death, Fal joined the Hunter's Guild and became its most renowned Hunter. She raises her son on her own, and the bandana she now wears was a bequest from Rudy. Her son, Rui, is eight years old, though, because of his mother's blood, he's growing up a little faster than usual and should reach adulthood at 12 or 13. He's also showing great potential as a Hunter. But, back to Fal now - though the canonity of this is sketchy, I feel so sorry for the dear. The entity that was, in effect, her father, blows himself up, she leaves Forren, the only other person who was like family to her, to stay with Rudy, then he dies early, leaving her to take care of a child and become a brood mare for a new super-race of humans. What a sad fate.

I think this is it. The plot twist that was spoiled was that Rudy had died. I keep thinking about it and kind of filled in the blanks myself, thusly setting myself up for disappointment, but i'm still curious. Thanks anon.

Also, while I was searching before I made this thread I discovered Third, a comic that ties PSII and IV together long before IV came out. I'm sure it's old news by now, but i'm just finding it for the first time.
