Played Strip Fighter. Difficulty scales up pretty quickly, but there's only like 8 fighters so that wasn't surprising. Couldn't find anything explaining the controls, and there wasn't much in the way of options beyond brute forcing through every way I was familiar with. The nekkid was surprisingly good considering the composite image. Would play again, but probably won't remember to.

There's a Duke Nukem one out there I can remember seeing previews for but never could find footage or a working copy.

Not really, but I guess it depends what you're into to. For example yakyuuken is basically a silly rock paper scissors game with soft core tik tok videos. Might this appeal to incel zoomers? There are dozens, if not hundreds of soft core VN, raising and puzzle games and a bunch of those photo shoot games. And most of girls in most games are pretty fugly so if you're into soft core fugly shit there's that.

not really. 90 percent of the Saturn porn games are like minigame and casino game collections, rock-paper-scissors and mahjong games. Steam Heart's on the Saturn is an updated port of the PC-98 and PCE versions, but the sex scenes are heavily censored. It's a decent shmup a bit on the easy side, but I've played it more on the PCE than the Saturn.

I randomly found the variable geo series one night. Outside of tiddies the only good games in the series is VG Max (think hentai pocket fighter) and Advanced Variable Geo 2 on the PS1. The PC98 games are alright but have terrible difficulty and fighting games on the PC98 just don't feel right. Advanced V.G.2 is one of the better anime fighters on the PS1 though and deserves a look.

I also played horny sweeper 1 once, It's probably one of the worst Tactical RPG games I've ever played. The h-scenes were interactive so that was kinda cool I guess? I heard 2 has a fan translation but I'm not exactly nipping at the bud to try it.

It's not /vr/ technically but midnight castle succubus is an old-school Castlevania style game that has some good ideas. Sword and Tower are old school adventure games that have some fun quirks but annoying to play at times.
