RE0 on Hard is one of the hardest, especially western versions. It's harder than REmake's real survivor.

True, but it's still not a hard game overall. The most nerve wracking part for me was near the end of a no save run where the giant toad leaps out of the water on the narrow pathway. He's a one hit kill if he grabs you and you can't mash fast enough to escape.

Those monkey guys are harder but iirc only show up twice and can be mostly avoided if you know how, and the leech guys are a bitch. Good luck knifing them, but again, just either don't trigger them or run.
