Was this game any good? Is it worth checking out? In the 90s I saw it in a magazine and always wanted to play it. Never got around to it though.

I hated Snowboard Kids long before I ever played it. The box art is plain disgusting. The worst of the worst, in fact. It was so creepy my 18-year-old self was immediately repulsed by it - forever dooming my opinion of this game to negativity.

1080 is better in the sense that it’s still one of the best representations of the actual sport, but Snowboard Kids offers something completely different. Like kart racing meets snowboarding, and it’s executed really well. Both are great games.

I really love the boxart for these games, they look like those energetic, colorful late 90's arcade games. This sort of aesthetic seemed to have gone to the wayside nowadays, has it?

Are these from the enhanced psx game or just artwork? Never seen these before.

Never got to mess around with the first game much but I played the shit out of the second one. Really liked it.

A lot of people I showed it too seemed to struggle with the controls for a while, especially when it came to doing tricks.
