I don't know what Toki is but this must be the cheapest arcade cabinet I've ever seen. Buttons on one side don't work though.

Not craigslist, but I bought a pawnshop's entire retro collection for $250 on Monday. Pic related. Been waiting on a /vr/ thread I could post it in and get some feedback/advice.

I've been cataloging and checking amazon's prices on everything. (haven't gotten to atari games yet.)

Highlights: Intellivision and around 50 games with boxes and overlays. Also included rare game "Fathom"

Atari 2600 and around 50 games

genesis 2nd generation and about 50 shitty sports games.

about 50 snes games (lttp, ff2 included)

~50 nes games (contra, loz, aol, return of the joker included)

that is just creepy...
though, in context to gaming, it made me remember of some one where some trap wanted a guy to fuck him/her while playing mega man, I no longer have the screencap

i wanted some weird old retro systems, but i know i'll never play them and i kind of feel like i want more of a quality over quantity collection. i'd kind of like to sell them, but i don't quite know how to go about it. i'm assuming i'll go to both retro game stores and see what they'll offer me as well as hitting up all the flea market booths. (for the intellivision and atari collections)

for the genesis games, it's about 25 sports games valued around $0.01 on amazon. i'm thinking about just seeing if someone will bite on craigslist or something and give me $25.

Some things i'm torn on like contra and return of the joker. worth $28 and $27 on amazon. i'm not sure if i want to sell or keep for collection.

Dang, that's a nice find. Are pawn shops good places for retro games? I always thought they were skeezy and stuck only to flea markets / garage sales / thrift stores.

They had them in a tub in the back. None of the other pawn shops around have anything that old. Their sister store had a genesis and a few games that they didn't know they had behind their 360's and ps3's. pawn shops usually sell games at a flat rate so you can get lucky. ie: before i asked for the old games, i found pokemon fire red and castlevania aria of sorrow for $3 each. Pokemon ruby at a different store for $5.
