Why does this keep being parroted? There's still plenty of classic xbox games that are stuck on the console or its successors. Most of the worthwhile PS2 games have been ported to PC and other consoles too but that doesn't mean the PS2 isn't worth emulating. Besides xbox usually also had the best versions of multiplat games because it was way stronger than the other 6th gen consoles and PC ports were generally awful in the early 00's

Sometimes the pc ports aren't very good. I have all 3 versions of Bloodrayne 2, and the pc version had the most issues for whatever reasons. Issues like tossing enemies into certain objects not killing them when they should, enemies not spawning, certain gameplay mechanics not working (couldn't level up gun types for the life of me). None of these make the game unbeatable, but going from Xbox Bloodrayne 2 to PC Bloodrayne 2 felt like more of a downgrade than it should've since it actually fixed a couple glitches.

i play minecraft in rpcs3 because it has native splitscreen support, so i can play with my gf.
i play madden in dolphin-emu because it scales to 4k. maddeon 08 on pc only goes to 1920x1200. (i dont want madden 2021 blm edition)
also, many pc ports dont support menu navigation with a gamepad. its comfy not needing to use a keyboard and mouse from the couch.
battlefield 2 on xbox was a different game on xbox compared to pc. i prefer the pc version desu, but the xbox one was a worthwhile experience in its own right.

xemu glitches/compatibility are almost identical to cxbx, but it has worse performance, can't handle cinemas and no sound.
however it does seem more stable. games in cxbx start falling apart if you play them in long sessions and start creating graphic errors.

if you're downloading xbox games and they're not iso files (just a folder and a shitload of files) you can use the folder you get to create an xbox iso using qwix

For multiplata, use ps2/gamecube because their emus are way further along and work pretty well if youre computer is good (lets say ad rx 580ish). Specs should be on each emu site. Plus theres a wiki for /emugen/ with all the answers.
