I figured that yeah, she goes to Hell (and in a totally ordinary accidental way, she slips and breaks her fucking neck) but that's the same stage that leans the most heavily on the fourth wall and that it's all made up, e.g. "You should be banned from every game." If I'd played it at a very formative age, I feel like if anything got to me, it would have been right near the start when Lammy's rushing around her apartment trying to turn off all her furniture and electronics, just from the sheer sensory overload of so much noise and animation and then everything turning itself right back on as soon as she runs out the door.

Yuri and yaoi and occasional homoeroticism has been part of anime and manga since at least the 70's, including shounen and shoujo. I don't think including it in a game is unbelievable, but just a matter if the developers personally like it.
