2 new characters to play as and a 5th chapter essentially and a fuckton of nerfs for the necro which are shit. storage chest in the game where you place the loot is bigger too and there are runes and jewels now.

Difficulty is relative; but it's quiet challenging for me.

The expansion adds a variety of new items, specifically runes, 2 new characters and an entire new Act. It's integrated into the main game.

I'm sure you'll find people who think "runes" ruined the game as it made the most things obsolete, but still a fun game.
