Not really, it's significantly faster and it doesn't seem like it's slowing down. It was definitely very fast the first week when the rule changed, but it never went back to the original speed of the board. Threads die very quickly now, unless they get bumped a lot.

Most people did. Only a very specific demographic group didn't want /v2k/, the guys who grew up with 5th gen and 6th gen, and were too old to have nostalgia for 7th gen.
Everyone else wanted /vr/ as a sort of historical board, and /v2k/ for childhood nostalgia.
Blame the 6th gen bzoomers who were egotistical enough to ruin this board while at the same time negating any nostalgia for people younger than them.
