They have a lot of quality control issues, seems like 1/10 have something really wrong with it.

right stick really sucks so dont expect to have a fun time using that

performance for dreamcast is more miss then hit. expect to spend a lot of time messing with settings for anything past 4th generation

with all that in mind they are still 10/10 on the cozy factor and good enough for most retro

Is mostly correct, but "anything past 4th generation" is misleading. PSX everything runs perfect without fiddling. GBA everything runs perfect without fiddling. N64 requires fiddling. Saturn doesn't run at all. NDS games either work or they don't and there's not much you can do. Same with PSP.

My opinion is wait until the next revision.
The 1 stick that pops out will catch on your pocket, the bezel is something that'll definitely be removed in the next version, and it comes with an already dated version of android.

Just wait, don't jump onto this zoomer train. By next year there'll be a device that fixes these issues and won't shit the bed emulating dreamcast and ps1, and has a screen that you can actually stream pc games to.

Your phone is probably more powerful with a better screen, just buy a bluetooth controller that attaches to it.

>CPU
PSP maxes out at 330MHz whereas RP2 is 1.5GHz
>Battery
PSP is 1800mAh providing roughly 5 hours of gameplay. RP2 is 4000mAh providing roughly 7 hours of gameplay.
>Aspect Ratio
RP2 is 4:3 so everything retro looks really nice. PSP is a completely unique and retarded 30:17 so the only thing that looks good is PSP games
>Console Emulation
PSP can do most PS1, all megadrive, and a decent amount of SNES. RP2 can do all PS1, a small amount of dreamcast, and almost all N64.
>Handheld Emulation
PSP can do some GBA. RP2 can do the majority of NDS, and some PSP.
