Sun and Moon are, yeah, but only Sun was translated and released outside of Japan, so you have to use Gameshark codes to get all the Poncots. Comic Bom Bom Special Version is basically the Japanese Pokemon Blue Version, meaning no new Robopon, but new graphics, etc.

Star Version, not Moon, I meant. Moon Version was similar to Japanese Blue and Comic Bom Bom was similar to Pokemon Yellow, I think. Sun and Star were equivalent to Red and Green. Unreleased English localization of Star Version (starring the battery sword guy, Digit, in my pic) was found in the Gigaleak earlier, amazing, by the way.

the official manga has increasingly bigger honkers for all the female characters as it goes on.
in japan on gbc it basically got a quick pokemon yellow version later that uses those manga designs, and the gba sequel uses some of them too.

As far as I know, it started on GBC with the Bom Bom Special Version, although I might be mistaken.
I know, however, it was influenced by the manga that ran alongside the games which had massive knockers.
That said, unlike Pokémon, Robopon on GBA is still good.

Yeah, Pokémon hasn't been good since Gen 3. Gen 5 being good was a fluke, and nothing more than a fluke. Yes, I'm hyper salty after 3 shitty generations.
