If it has yellowed just let it be. You can mitigate yellowing by keeping it out of sunlight etc but once it has yellowed I wouldn't do much.

when it gets hit by diffused UV rays it yellows the plastic, if left out in UV rays (such as the sun) it can bleach it back to white.

After peroxide bath you should bake the shell in ~70C for about 30 min. It makes plastic more resistant to yellowing as it's molecular structure stabilizes.

Does RetroBrite work on translucent plastics? I feel like my clear Dreamcast shell could probably use a bit of it but I'm not sure.

But... I think there's a huge possibility to deform the plastic, even if for a little, because the plastic needs to gets to it's glass temperature. That's what I read, I want to test it with LEGO. Since it's so precisa, any difference would be notable.
