Hey /vr/, I come to you in a time of need. I’m trying to think of a game I played as a kid, I think it was on a Sega in 1994 or 1995 but it’s really hard for me to remember because I was so young and handsome at the time. The main character had a yellow suit and hat like pic related and you went around killing bad guys. That’s pretty much all I remember. The graphics reminded me of old 2d Spider-Man. I’m afraid this is all the info I can provide, that and the fact that I’m incredibly handsome. Any idea?

What's that Mega Drive game where you're a floating blue guy. I think he was bald and had no legs. As far as I remember, it was very simplistic and you just navigate maze-like levels avoiding obstacles until you reach the goal. It also might have been Japan only.
