Not sure if you'd call it a glitch, but in Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2, there are places that you can use knockback damage to climb onto a platform you normally can't get to from below.

None of these are notable except the L/R thing, which is just an annoyance, and the kill yourself to beat the slime thing.

Suikoden 2 has many glitches (some are fatal, get stuck in a certain place).
