This thing legitimately has the best dpad ive ever used. Sure, you can emulate the games, but playing them with WASD, or even a decent dpad on a USB controller, is nowhere close to the same experience.

GB has more good games, yes, but NGPC still has lots of "comfy" software.

I managed to play SNK vs Capcom 2p with a link cable before corona hit, it was an absolute blast. And I actually prefer it's Metal Slug games over the originals, as they're not quarter munchers.

Aside from the TurboExpress, it was the first portable system I really wanted. Was great playing linked games with friends. The quality of the games were great, the looked and sounded nice for a handheld too. If only SNK had the funds to stay around in the space longer.
