Buying shit from Mercari is a royal PITA if you don't live in Japan. Basically you have to contact a deputy service and wait for them to buy it, crossing your fingers that a Japanese buyer doesn't snag it first. If it is a decent deal on a decent item, it'll sell fast as fuck.
