It looked even worse than that if you didnt have a 3d accelerator pressing f1 switches modes. It actually doesnt look too bad there just runs choppy. It starts in low res mode and I wondered why tomb raider looked so fuckin bad so I started pressing the F keys to bring up a help menu and it looked a lot nicer after the first key I pressed. I was running it on an amd athlon though which was from 99 I believe so I think a lot of people in 96 would still be playing low res. If I have it installed on my pc I'll go take a screenshot for you cause you gotta see how bad it is that video is too generous.

This game was my first introduction to hentai as a kid. I recognized the anime art style from some of the animes I had seen. Japanese cartoons were always much cooler and edgier than the other ones, but seeing them anime characters in situations like that where they're doing something sexy just fucked up with my brain.
