Are there any console game rpgs in the style of pic related? Or was this style only (somewhat) popular on pc?

Maybe I'll try to do one of those Fairy Ninja runs of Wiz 8.

Console Role Playing Game?

"Adventure" game too then. Something such as Shadowgate 64: Trials of the Four Towers.

Wizardry 6 and 7 are possible to play without a mouse. In fact, combat is faster using the keyboard. I can't remember how inventory management worked. I just know when Wiz 6 came out, it was still possible someone might have a pc without a mouse.

Just letting you all know that I'm a big brain patrician and Wizardry 8 is my favorite game of all time. OF ALL TIME. You're doing yourself a great injustice if you haven't played it.

That is all.

Bruhs, if why does GOG say I can't play Wizardry 6/7 on MacOS? The shit is running in Dosbox is it not? Why does the OS matter? I don't want to boot up some gaming PC that sounds like a hairdryer just to play a game from 1992.

I thought GOG was supposed to be "DRM Free" and all that horseshit. So why don't they let me download the game files, so I can set up my own Dosbox? I'd also be happy to run them on a Linux box, but again I'm not booting up some gaming PC with a 1000 watt power supply to play a fucking game from the 90s.

Here's a wild and crazy idea. How about you get quieter fans for your PC? I have three running not counting the video card, and the DVD drive makes more noise than they do. That way you don't need to be stuck on a mac to avoid the jetfan noise.
