Better get your ears checked champ. This is what happens when you wear airpods 24/7. It was a smart move to include an old FM chip in the x68k but the other chips were pretty shit. This machine wasn't a cheap toy. There was no excuse for that.

I don't use airpods though? I think they're a scam desu. Anyways, the samples are pretty high quality, to the point where there's games that can properly mix the percussion with the FM synth (which can effectively hide any signs of compression). Some songs from Ys III kind of show what I mean.
