Since when was Code of Princess developed by Treasure? Having a former Treasure developer work on it is not the same thing. HG101 are such fucking morons.

Treasure and Guardian Heroes fans should check out (the three) Mad Stalker and Panzer Bandit.
It's a spiritual Treasure game made by a close friend with very similar design sensibilities as the creator of Guardian Heroes, before working on GH they worked together on (the three) Mad Stalker games and you can see the similarities.

If the devs broke off from treasure to go make those games, it makes sense in the same way a Konami book would have a bit about treasure.

Might be Silhouette Mirage even if it's wildly uneven (like everything else Treasure did). Just has a fun and appealing world that's nice to experience every now and then. I like RSG too; I can 3cc it but the battleship stage usually ends my credit.

Granted I haven't played Alien Soldier.

Really tough decision between the likes of Gunstar Heroes, Sin and Punishment, RSG, Mischief Makers, Alien Soldier and on the non-retro side of things, Omega Factor and Gradius V are strong contenders too, but for me it's gotta be Bangai O.
I feel it's their most unique and passionate game, and it has a particular feel similar to japanese computer games, since it was inspired by an old X1 game. The N64 version specifically makes me feel like I'm playing a Sharp X68000 game.
Fun as fuck game to replay over and over for score. A shame the Xbox 360 game was still not ported to modern systems, I still never played that one.

Because the people at Treasure are just strange in their decision making. They would rather port it to the Switch than to Windows. Wrote them three letters over the years, professionally translated by a business translation agency, and they have absolutely no plans to bring it to Steam or any other similar service. Same for their other games. Reason given: "the PC port of Ikaruga didn't make them enough money".

>> No.6514294

>>6514283
That is pretty typical. PC games never sell very well. The 360 port of Radiant Silvergun looks pretty nasty anyway.

Yes, it's a new game, not a remake.
