Ruto is a super tentative candidate as you can tell she's definitely into Link and even tricked Link to an engagement, but again, different species. Also, both Saria and Ruto are sages, so they kind of transcended their mortal ties.

Absolutely nothing is said in ALttP about the Triforce ever being separated after Ganon got it. It's always only ever stated as a singular object and one that Ganon uses liberally in his dominance (the irony being that it still can't get him out of the Dark World because of the Sages, hence the plot with Aghanim). The NES games are something of a different take on the Triforce altogether.

OoT changed the rules of how the Triforce worked because it was a reboot of the whole series, taking unconnected details from the past games and streamlining them into a single narrative that shaped the entire franchise going forward.
