Any arcade that has that cab

That narrows it down way more than you'd think. Demon Front is made by a Taiwanese company called IGS, so their games are primarily distributed in Asia. I know my friend in Australia has run into them, so they do seem to get sent down there (and likely to Europe, too). I do occasionally run into their games in the states, but they've VERY few and far between (I think Percussion Master is their only game I've run into more than once, and that one's so uncommon I had to request it be added to a couple arcade directories). So if you knew the region, you could probably figure out which arcade it came from without too much trouble.

Ackchyually that narrowed it down way more than you think. That panel isn't made by a Taiwanese company called IGS, so you'll only find it wherever the person who made it has put it. +10 points for missing the point that I was making fun of your zoomerism of calling a panel/cabinet/arcade game an "arcade". That panel is likely not in any arcade, just some dudes basement.
